"We have been using chimney cricket for 4 years and they have done a fantastic job cleaning and looking after our wood burning stove. We just had a minor issue and DON came over right away and solved the problem. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needed work done on their Chimney."

"Being a recent widow, I did not know how to turn on my gas fireplace. I really didn't expect anyone to give this minor problem any attention. When I called I was told that a serviceman would be out the next day. I couldn't believe it but the next day, Don, the owner, came out and not only lit the pilot light but spent time instructing me in how to do it myself. He was very kind and understanding and I would highly recommend him to anyone with a fireplace or chimney problem."
