Go with someone that has experience and knowledge. Asked to speak to one of the chimney sweeps they should be able to describe the cleaning process and describe the basic design of a fireplace system and how it works in detail. Ask a friend or a neighbor for a referral or call one of the local fireplace stores.

Price List
A basic chimney cleaning consist of the cleaning the Firebox, Damper, Smoke Chamber, Flue liner and the inside of the chimney cap. This should include a visual safety inspection.

Air duct cleaning cost
Some companies charge by the register but do not include the return. We base our cost on the square footage of your home or office.
Our minimum charge for air duct cleaning is between $196-$254
