Don is a motivated and passionate person whose mentor, John Teets, gave him some advice regarding business: “Always do what is best for the investor even if it hurts you.” and “The only people that really matter have skin in the game.” Jack’s Notes: I do not know everything, but I like to learn and what I cannot perfect on my own, I rely on my keen ability to find and work with great people. Three tenets I choose to live by are “leave it better than you found it”, “you only fail when you stop”, and “be proactive not reactive” and my two favorite quotes are “Imagination is more important than knowledge.”- Albert Einstein and “All great ideas are obvious in retrospect.” - Edward de Bono.
